In Saint-Cyprien, Les Ganivelles restaurant opens its doors for lunch or dinner, on the terrace, by the pool, or in the Mediterranean-coloured dining room. At noon, choose the “snacking” formula for quick meals between an excursion and an afternoon at the beach. In the evening, a gourmet ‘à la carte option ‘with the creations of Chef Pierre Bacle and his flavourful and wellness cuisine.


On the restaurant's menu: organic, Pyrénées-Orientales, local products, short circuit ...

Pierre Bacle's cuisine reinvents the use of certain products to eliminate unnecessary sugar and fat so that gourmet and flavours are blend with lightness and wellness. This approach, combined with a rigorous selection of all the restaurant's products origin (organic, sustainable agriculture, handpicked local producers) allows the Chef to use only very high quality ingredients with exceptional nutritional and taste values. A return to "genuine cuisine" whose essential flavour is that of authenticity.

On the spot or take away?

Les Ganivelles restaurant at Les Bulles de Mer hotel adapts to your holiday: active or contemplative, mobile or sedentary ... For a stroll in the region, a hiking or a beach trip, the Chef will prepare picnic baskets (homemade sandwiches or bowls, vegetable chips, cheese, fruit, etc.). A hamper of good things, local and gourmet flavours.


All services

"Les Bulles organic" breakfast is served as a buffet or in your room.
Grab'n Go", breakfast to go is available from 7 am (hot drink, pastries, fruit).
The Indigo bar offers a snack menu on the terrace from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The afternoon tea break from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. is served in the Indigo bar.
Dinner is served from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in low season and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in July / August.
