L’Horizon in Canet-en-Roussillon: restaurant with panoramic sea view

Health Pass

Following the latest government announcements, it will not be necessary to present a Health Pass during your stay in our hotel until 01 August 2021 (including the restaurant and wellness areas). From this date onwards, a valid Health Pass (double dose of vaccine, PCR/antigen test less than 48 hours old or Covid certificate) will be required to access the restaurant areas. It is strongly recommended that teenagers between the ages of 12 and 17 obtain a Health Pass, although this will only be compulsory from 30 September.
The Sanitary Pass is currently not required for access to our wellness facilities.

Due to government orders, the establishment is currently closed.
We will inform you as soon as possible of the reopening date.
Our team remains at your disposal to inform you and to react as quickly as possible according to the evolution of the situation.

Your restaurant with sea view,
by the beach

Summer and winter, the L’Horizon restaurant offers a panoramic view of the beach and the sea. A unique natural spectacle during a delicious meal ! Chef Sylvain Marsault likes to adapt his cuisine according to the fish and local market products available. A good way to “cook the seasons” and to always surprise guests with quality regional products.

The Effet Mer, your restaurant
by the beach

During the summer season, The Effet Mer welcomes you by the hotel swimming pool. Under large parasols, you will discover a light and gourmet menu featuring refreshing bowls, juicy burgers for quick meals, daily specials from the Chef's creativity depending on the arrival or  inspiration. And always the assurance of finding all the flavours of the south of France on your plate!

Chef at L’Horizon restaurant

The concern to "eat well"

Thalassotherapy curists who stay at the hotel Les Flamants Roses are concerned about "eating well". The Chef therefore composes his menus with well-being in mind without neglecting the quality of flavours and taste. An approach that gives a menu with studied nutritional values while remaining very gourmet. Because taking care of your body is also about enjoying food.

Themed evenings

The Horizon restaurant organizes several themed evenings during the season ("Pink Evening", "Lobster Evening" ...) and takes over the hotel gardens. Guests can then enjoy the green surroundings, the sea view and an exceptional menu, designed exclusively for the event.
