The other essential axis of his approach is that of a geographical culinary identity. The chef cooks exclusively with local produce: local fishing, market gardening from the Roussillon plain, spices from the Mediterranean region. His knowledge and his long-term relationship with local producers and craftsmen ensure quality arrivals in all seasons.
L'Horizon affords magnificent panoramic views of the beach and the Mediterranean. Whether you are enjoying a food-lover's holiday or a health and fitness break, your needs will be catered for. The chef Sylvain Marsault serves delicious nutritious cuisine to suit everyone's tastes.
Where health and flavour come together!
The kitchen of our panoramic restaurant overlooking the sea is run by chef Romain Thiebaud, a member of the association of professional chefs "Toques Blanches du Roussillon". His delicious, southern-inspired dishes using fish, shellfish and fresh seafood or Catalan meat are a modern take on traditional recipes. And every Wednesday and Sunday lunchtime the restaurant prepares an all-you-can-eat buffet, served on the terrace or by the pool!
The restaurant at Les Ganivelles overlooks the beach and the swimming pool.
