Rules and safety

  • For your comfort, our spa centre provides gowns and towels for all your treatments.
  • The spa centre centre welcomes guests over the age of 16 (except for double treatments when children aged over 7 years can accompany their parents in a private treatment room).
  • All our treatments offer relaxation and wellbeing. Our practitioners will provide a treatment on the condition that the recipient is fit to receive it.
  • Please arrive ten minutes before the time of your appointment. If you are late, we will have to cut your treatment short in order to avoid keeping other customers waiting
  • If you have to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 12 hours notice otherwise we will have to charge you the full price of the treatment you booked
