The kitchen of our panoramic restaurant overlooking the sea is run by chef Romain Thiebaud, a member of the association of professional chefs "Toques Blanches du Roussillon". His delicious, southern-inspired dishes using fish, shellfish and fresh seafood or Catalan meat are a modern take on traditional recipes. And every Wednesday and Sunday lunchtime the restaurant prepares an all-you-can-eat buffet, served on the terrace or by the pool!
